MS Dhoni debuted in ODIs in December 2004 and became India’s long-term wicketkeeper-batter and one of its most successful captains. His international career combined middle-order finishing, wicketkeeping and leadership across all three formats.

Dhoni captained India to the 2007 World Twenty20, the 2011 Cricket World Cup and the 2013 Champions Trophy. His unbeaten 91 in the 2011 final is one of the defining innings of his ODI career.
